About the Role:
As a Line Cook at Lola, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, preparing and plating fresh, flavorful Greek dishes with precision and care. You’ll work closely with the Chef’s and kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards and ensure a smooth service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Work assigned stations (grill, sauté, fryer, cold prep, etc.) efficiently during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and restocking.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience as a line cook (Mediterranean or Greek cuisine a plus).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Attention to detail and a passion for great food.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
