What You'll Do
As our Night RN, you’ll serve as the frontline clinical support for hospice patients and their families overnight.
Key responsibilities include:

Responding to after-hours patient and family calls with compassion and urgency
- Assessing patient needs and triaging changes in condition
- Providing in-home or inpatient nursing visits as needed
- Delivering symptom management, pain control, and crisis intervention
- Supporting families through end-of-life care and education
- Pronouncing time of death and providing post-mortem care with dignity and compassion

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care plans
- Clearly documenting patient care and overnight interventions
- Supervising and communicating with LVNs, aides, and on-call staff
- Offering emotional support to families during critical moments

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the State of Texas
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
- Hospice, home health, or critical care experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong triage, communication, and crisis management skills
- Willingness to travel for patient visits and take after-hours calls
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Passion for compassionate end-of-life care
