Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with scheduling and overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Oversee daily onsite labor for subcontractors, submit all paperwork, adhear to OSHA requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Proficient in construction management software ProCore
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and contract interpretation, prefer BlueBeam experience
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
