Island Oasis Cleaning is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners for immediate placement. If you take pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for short-term rental guests and love working independently with flexible scheduling, this is the perfect gig for you.
Because guests check out in the morning and new guests arrive in the late afternoon, our core turnover window is strictly between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM.

Requirements & Non-Negotiables
Sunday Availability: Sundays are peak turnover days in the vacation rental industry and are strictly required.
Reliable Transportation: Must have your own personal, reliable vehicle to travel between property sites.
Your Own Equipment & Supplies: Must provide your own professional cleaning equipment, including a quality vacuum, mop, and full suite of effective cleaning products.
Reliable Smartphone & Service: Needed daily for schedule updates, unit checklists, and clear communication.
Dependability & Self-Management: Must be punctual, thorough, and capable of working efficiently without direct supervision.
Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods while cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
Complete full turnover cleanings (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas) to hospitality standards within the standard checkout/check-in window.
Strip and remake beds, wash/dry linens and towels (or manage turnover linens per property guidelines).
Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and paper products.
Perform final quality checks (spot-free mirrors, trash removed, patio/porch tidied) to ensure properties are 5-star guest ready.
Report any property damage, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately.
