Job Summary
Immediate part-time (1-3 days per week) independent contractor position available for a Volcano area business. Must be good with details, energetic, motivated and able to multi-task, have reliable transportation and good work ethics. Work includes maintaining the gardens as well as basic maintenance of the facilities on the land. Experience with light carpentry helpful. Lunch is provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs for the gardens and structures on the property.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that need attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Basic gardening skills
- Good communication skills
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
