Registered Nurse - IV Infusion / Phlebotomy
Duties:
- Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician/Practitioenrs orders
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy to ensure safety and comfort
- Assess patient's response to treatment and make necessary adjustments to medication or dosage
- Educate patients and their families on the infusion therapy process and any potential side effects
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Experience in medical imaging, hospital, or doctor's office preferred
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location]
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
