The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to take on an immediate case in Denver, CO.
With multiple new client approvals arriving shortly, this role serves as an ideal launching pad for someone eager to grow their hours rapidly into a rewarding, full-time career.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver 1:1 Therapy: Conduct engaging, individualized 1:1 sessions utilizing Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to help clients achieve their independence goals.
- Track & Celebrate Wins: Effortlessly log real-time progress and maintain professional clinical notes using our streamlined electronic data collection platform.
- Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with supervising BCBAs and families to deliver consistent, high-quality care tailored to each child's needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Credentials: Active RBT Certification OR a passionate candidate ready to complete training and earn certification within 45 days of hire.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a strong plus!).
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a Colorado state background check.
