Our client is expanding their Coral Gables-area team and is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to support customer acquisition campaigns delivered through live events, retail activations, and promotional venues.
This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to develop practical business skills, and are looking for an opportunity where training, mentorship, and progression are built into the experience.
No previous sales experience is required.
What You'll Be Doing
Working directly with customers in face-to-face environments, you'll help introduce products, services, and campaigns while creating positive and engaging customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating conversations with customers at events and promotional locations
- Explaining products, services, and campaign benefits
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable recommendations
- Assisting with registrations, applications, and onboarding processes
- Building strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development sessions

Earnings
Average earnings range from $3,500–$4,225 per month, consisting of base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses.
