Rivers Ace Hardware is expanding into commercial property maintenance and is hiring a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to serve dedicated apartment and retirement communities in the Grandville & Comstock areas.
This is steady, structured work under a service contract — not unpredictable homeowner jobs.
If you have experience in apartment maintenance, facilities work, or multi-trade handyman services, this is an opportunity to join a growing commercial service team backed by a trusted local company.
What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders in apartment communities
- Perform unit turns and refresh work
- Painting, drywall, carpentry repairs
- Doors, windows, hardware, fixtures
- Light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Exterior maintenance, decks, fencing
- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Communicate clearly with property managers and our office team
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years maintenance or multi-trade experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Experience in apartments or facilities maintenance preferred
