Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Agency Administrator or Director of Nursing to help establish and operate a skilled home health agency in New York and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Home Health Agency licensing in NY and/or NJ
- Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations
- Develop policies and procedures
- Prepare for state surveys and Medicare certification
- Help build and manage clinical operations
Requirements
- Experience with a skilled Home Health Agency
- Knowledge of NY and/or NJ licensing requirements
- Experience with Department of Health inspections
- Administrator or Director of Nursing experience preferred
- RN license preferred but not required
Preferred
- Experience opening a new Home Health Agency
- Medicare certification experience
- Strong leadership and compliance skills
