BobaLust is a fast-paced, express-style cafe that specializes in teas made fresh to order using premium loose-leaf tea and high-quality ingredients. We’re looking for friendly, tea-loving individuals to join our team as bobaristas with potential for managerial growth!

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver top-tier customer service with a smile
- Prepare drinks, boba, and light desserts to spec
- Learn, memorize and recommend products from our menu and packaged goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with food prep in the back of house
- Work the register and greet every guest with enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, passionate, and cheerful personality (very important!)
- Love for bubble tea is a must
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to respond to and resolve customer concerns
- A team player
- Someone who insists on providing great customer service and have the ability to build and grow customer relationships
Experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training! The most important thing is your energy and willingness to learn.
