Job Overview
As a member of our Peak Jani-King EVS team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines (training provided).
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Experience & Requirements
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
