Join a growing, women-owned residential cleaning company serving Chicago homeowners, renters, and real estate listings. We specialize in deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and listing prep for a network of local realtors.
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle (required for travel between job sites)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (residential, Airbnb turnover, or janitorial)
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs, stand/kneel for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, especially for listing-ready and move-out standards
- Punctual and reliable — client scheduling depends on it
- Comfortable using a phone app for clock in/out and job tickets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning, standard cleaning, and move-in/move-out services per checklist
- Follow before/after photo documentation procedures for each job
- Communicate professionally with clients and team lead
- Maintain cleaning supplies/equipment and report issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling
Schedule & pay
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Pay: $25/hr
- Paid via Zelle — weekly or daily, your choice
- Gas stipend for qualifying jobs
Pay: $25.00 per hour
