Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor Technician to lead field operations and support our continued growth to lead field operations in the Boca Raton area. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in managing survey crews and equipment in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform construction staking, boundary, and topographic surveys
- Operate GPS (RTK/GNSS), Total Station, and data collectors
- Interpret site plans, blueprints, and survey data
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all fieldwork
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience as a Land Surveyor Technician (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction layout and field staking procedures
- Experience using GPS, Total Station, and survey data collectors
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours daily)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Must be able to swim
