3-11 Nursing Supervisor
New London Rehab and Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care. The RN Supervisor is responsible for clinical oversight, staff support, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure residents receive appropriate, high-quality care
Monitor clinical documentation and medication administration
Assist with admissions, discharges, and change-of-condition assessments
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Address staff and resident concerns as needed
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
