Expected *Base Annual Salary: $53,024.64
- The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. Years of service adjustments, shift differentials, and other targeted salary payments are applied to the total compensation of your paycheck and are subject to eligibility requirements of the appropriate differential.
This full-time position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. Schedule flexibility is necessary. The work schedule includes one late night a week, a third shift every 6 weeks, one weekend shift (1/2 day) approximately every 8 weeks, and adjustment of schedule based on the needs of the homes and staff this position supports. Schedule flexibility is necessary, including early morning, late night, and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities - What you’ll do
What you’ll do: This is a professional-level position accountable for implementing and monitoring habilitation programs, responding to crisis situations, implementing interventions until behavior is safe. You will be required to learn and maintain trainings on Safety Care, and the Advanced Skills through Safety Care, Behavior Support Strategies, Mental Health First Aid, Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scall, review and know all SOP Crisis Procedures, and demonstrate the Essential Skills – BST Skills. You will serve as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in developing and reviewing individualized habilitation plans. You will supervise and monitor the work of direct care staff.
Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Per CMS Guidelines §483.430 to meet Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), you will need one year of experience providing services to a person with intellectual disabilities and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Recreation, or Human Services (sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology).
