General Laborer – Construction & Property Maintenance
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support a variety of construction, landscaping, and property maintenance projects. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining safe and organized job sites, and contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials, organizing tools and equipment, and setting up work areas for multiple trades.
- Support construction activities
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople by handling materials, performing demolition work, and helping with equipment setup and operation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites by removing debris, managing materials, and following all safety procedures.
- Perform grounds maintenance, and general property upkeep as needed.
- Pick up and deliver construction materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors and job sites.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Driver License Required
- Previous construction, maintenance, or labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction methods is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco, restoration work, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work responsibly around heavy equipment and active construction sites.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed.
- Knowledge of landscaping and general home maintenance is desirable.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
