Executive Fleet Repair is seeking a dependable and experienced Automotive & Fleet Technician to join our growing team. We service a wide range of vehicles including passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, commercial fleet vehicles, vans, shuttle buses, and motorcoaches.
Unlike many repair facilities, we offer a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a professional work environment, and a mix of both retail and fleet work that keeps every day interesting.
We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works independently, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair passenger vehicles, light trucks, vans, and commercial fleet vehicles
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, steering and suspension repairs, drivability diagnostics, and general mechanical repairs
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend necessary repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs for fleet customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Occasionally move company vehicles, vans, and buses as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL Class B or Class A License (not required)
- DOT Inspection Certification (not required)
- ASE Certifications
- Experience working on fleet vehicles, vans, shuttle buses, medium-duty trucks, or commercial equipment
Tools & Equipment
- Technician must provide personal hand tools required for daily repairs
- Company provides lifts, diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, shop equipment, and major repair equipment
