We are looking to fill the shift Wednesday-Sunday 9:30AM-6PM (Weekdays) 9:30-5PM (Weekends)
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Answer & direct incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and assist accordingly
- Manage appointment calendar and incoming leads for our designers
- General showroom maintenance
In many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients. The ideal candidate must:
- Have reliable transportation
- Be punctual and reliable
- Present themselves in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently
- Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
- Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail
- Have working knowledge of computers (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM system
- Must be able to work on a keyboard in a sitting position for lengths of time and be able to lift up to 20 pounds when necessary.
- HS Diploma Required
- Professional & courteous demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to detail, even with frequent interruptions.
- Highly proactive.
- Customer service-focused, takes initiative to add value, and collaborates in a manner that holds team success top-of-mind.
- Great attitude; hardworking, positive, team-oriented, empathetic/strong understanding of people/teams
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new concepts and eventually add suggestions for improvement
