Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Manager to assist our RE24 Infrared Fitness location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong sales skills, and the ability to create a motivating and positive studio environment. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Memberships: Actively sell memberships, meet and exceed sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service to retain members.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the studio is consistently clean, organized, and welcoming for all members.
- Studio Environment: Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and manage engaging content to promote the studio, services, and community involvement.
- Cold Plunge Maintenance: Maintain the cold plunge equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper function.
- Software Management: Utilize Hapana Grow and Hapana Core software to manage memberships, track sales, and maintain client engagement.
- Meetings & Communication: Attend weekly manager meetings to discuss studio performance, goals, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Preferred background in fitness, sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
