Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Coffee House Store Lead to oversee daily operations at our vibrant coffee shop. Duties
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and beverage crafting to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the store
- Handle shift management responsibilities, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and resolving customer concerns
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and overall food service management to meet operational goals
Experience
- Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on coffee or casual dining
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and cash handling
- Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices
- Prior involvement in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles including shift management, budgeting, and customer service excellence
