We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is an integral part of our company, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between employees, customers, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Communication
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Greet and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Schedule consultations for landscape and maintenance services.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare initial consultation folders for new customers.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storage.
- Organize and maintain customer and vendor files in accordance with company procedures.
- HR & Employee Coordination
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and implementing creative hiring strategies.
- Review applications for completeness and assist in the hiring process.
- Enter and track employee work hours.
- Ensure employees receive required compliance documents and complete RedTree paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and tracking vacation/sick leave.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Quickbooks Software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with administrative tasks and office software
- HR or office management experience is a plus, but not required
