The Role:
Reporting to Suites Supervisor and Management, a Suites In-Seat Server is responsible for taking beverage orders from guests and ensuring food stations are maintained and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Event Days:-
Set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.

Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectations.

Serve soda, water, wine, draft beer, and canned beer from bar areas.

Communicate beverage orders to Bar staff to ensure timely service.

Work with fellow servers to clear/clean tables and maintain food stations.

Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.

Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure.

Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.

Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment

Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed.

Punctuality and dependability.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations.

Excellent personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.

Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Availability on 1-2 weekdays for Suite setup preferred.

Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
