As a Transfer Technician, you'll play a key role in safely and efficiently transferring flour products while supporting production schedules, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring high-quality products reach our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate product transfers with the mill and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Operate transfer equipment safely while following all GMP, food safety, and company policies.

Complete required production documentation, including transfer, tailings, magnet, ingredient, bin inspection, and sifter maintenance logs.

Perform sifter maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing sieves while following lockout/tagout procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by supporting daily housekeeping and sanitation efforts.

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve issues and support daily operations.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, solve problems, and adapt to changing production priorities.
