Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company that's been installing residential systems across the Virginia Beach and Peninsula area since 2009. With continued growth, we're adding a strong Lead Installer who can run jobs, guide a helper, and deliver clean installs start to finish.
About the Role:

Lead residential HVAC system installations, including changeouts, split systems, and ductwork

Manage and coordinate job site activities to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety

Supervise and support junior installers or helpers

Perform system startup, testing, and final commissioning

Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

Required Qualifications:

2+ years residential HVAC install experience

Comfortable leading installs without supervision

EPA Universal Certification
-
Valid driver's license + clean record

Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons
