As a Retail Store Manager in our Toys R Us store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the overall success of the store. You will lead a team of at least 8 amazing associates, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service.
Duties
- Manage and supervise store staff, including training and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a Big Box store setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Ability to manage shifts effectively and prioritize tasks
- Training will start at Chicago premium outlets and will be concluded at Harlem Irving Plaza mall. There is a two week intensive training and on boarding process.
- 100% availability is required. - This includes showing up when employees call off..
- This is not an hourly job and is not eligible for overtime.
