Posting Note: Phoenix Children’s is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Attending (CLNA) to provide overnight clinical leadership and support in our NICU. This leadership-focused role is dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, mentoring bedside nurses, improving patient safety, and driving quality outcomes through evidence-based practice. While the Clinical Nurse Attending does not have formal direct reports, they lead through clinical expertise, collaboration, and influence at the bedside, serving as a trusted resource for the nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of direct bedside RN experience, a BSN or graduate degree, and a strong background in critical care, quality improvement, and staff development. National nursing certification (or willingness to obtain within six months) is required. This is a full-time, exempt night shift position, 10 hour shifts - working 4 days per week - Monday through Friday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
