Who We Are
Ultimate 3D Printing Store is a Tampa Bay-based technology company founded in 2015. We are a family-owned operation led by Titan 100 Honoree and Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 entrepreneur Roy Kirchner. We have spent over a decade building something real, doing things the right way, and earning long-term relationships with our clients. Now we need the right person to help us keep that standard and grow it.
What We Need
We are hiring a Client Success and Operations Specialist who can genuinely do ten things at once and not drop a single one. This role sits at the intersection of customer relationships, daily operations, and backend systems. You will be trusted with real accounts and real responsibility from day one.
You must have at least two years of working experience with all of the following:
Shopify ecommerce platform, QuickBooks Online, ERP systems, ShipStation, and live phone-based customer support.
If you do not have hands-on experience with these tools, this is not the right opportunity at this time. We will not be training on the platforms.
What You Will Do Every Day
You will be the primary point of contact for client accounts across phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will guide clients on 3D printers, materials, and services. You will process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. You will maintain organized records and own follow-up communication. You will support repeat business accounts and protect long-term client relationships. And you will do all of that at the same time, because that is what this role demands.

Pay
Start part-time at $20-22/hour with a clear and specific 90-day performance benchmark that leads to full-time and a raise.
