Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient administrative support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for shareholders, visitors, and staff while contributing to a vibrant and productive office environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
- Answer phones, emails, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain shareholder, renter, and guest records
- Process payments, invoices, deposits, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Coordinate office operations, mail, and administrative records
- Assist with community communications, website updates, and event coordination
- Support the Park Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality while providing outstanding customer service
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on front desk operations
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and spreadsheets
- Prior experience in customer service or client communication roles emphasizing excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar financial tools is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
