Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $100,000 to $130,000 Per Hour BOE
Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through closeout.
- Establish and manage site logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning.
- Maintain and execute the 3-Week Look-Ahead Schedule.
- Anticipate and resolve constructability, coordination, and schedule issues.
- Direct subcontractors to meet schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
- Conduct effective subcontractor coordination and planning meetings
- Owns jobsite execution, safety, quality, sequencing, and subcontractor performance, and serves as primary on-site leader
Qualifications:
- MUST have 3+ yrs experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor
- MUST have commercial ground up build experience from $5MM-$25MM.
- Ability to manage 15-20 subcontractors throughout the project
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams as the primary platform for all field documentation, including daily reports, photos, field notes, and coordination items
- Need OSHA 30
- Certified Storm Water Management Operator Cert is a plus, but not required (company can train)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending
- May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 Per Hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
