We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to clients. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance due to age, disability, or health conditions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a home health aide or CNA
- Current Tuberculosis 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus blood test or chest-ray from last 12 months is a plus!
- EVV is a must!
- Compassionate approach to caregiving.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, feeding
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other cognitive impairments
- Perform light housekeeping tasks: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain detailed records of patient care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient status or changes in condition.
