Pay: Starting at $18/hr, then based on experience
Job Type: Part-time (with room to grow to full-time)
Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm
Position Hours: Monday 9-5pm (1 hour lunch), Tuesday through Thursday 1-5pm. Wednesdays maybe virtual if all patient appointment are virtual. Every other Thursday is virtual.
Start Date: Early August

What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting and checking out patients with warmth and care
- Managing scheduling and patient data in our EMR
- Downloading/uploading and entering lab/imaging results
- Answering and sending patient messages via EMR & inbox
- Answering phones and returning calls with patience and kindness
- Keeping our office clean, tidy, and welcoming plus decorating for the various holidays
- Handling all tasks in full HIPAA compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with holistic, integrative, or functional medicine or lifestyle preferred
- Reliable, consistent attendance as this is a long-term position and our patients depend on it
- Comfort working in an EMR system;
- Knowledge of Autism, PANDAS/PANS, or related conditions a plus
- Strong phone etiquette & communication skills
- Solid computer & data entry skills
- Previous medical receptionist experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
