Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the growth of our staffing services by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and securing long-term service agreements with corporate clients. This role bridges the gap between client needs and our recruitment capabilities, delivering high-quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new industries and market segments to generate business across temporary, contract, and direct-hire staffing.
- Client Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Consultative Selling: Assess client pain points and workforce challenges to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Proposal & RFP Management: Develop compelling proposals and respond to RFPs with competitive pricing and service strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and successful delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and local labor market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within staffing, recruitment, or professional services.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Negotiation: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and negotiating MSAs.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
