About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in an onsite environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, imaging desktops, and ensuring smooth IT operations for business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Perform desktop imaging, configuration, and deployment for new and existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventory.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop imaging tools, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
