Join ANDRITZ and play a key role supporting both our financial and business operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position combines accounting support, accounts payable and receivable, ERP administration, timekeeping coordination, and operational support across multiple business functions.
What You'll Do
Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and journal entries
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Maintain financial and operational data within SAP and other business systems
Administer employee timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
Support fleet administration and operational reporting
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing
What We're Looking For
2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business support experience
Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
ERP experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
