ECS Pooled Trust is a growing Brooklyn company looking for a warm, organized Intake Specialist who wants a role where they genuinely help people.
You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for new clients and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process from start to finish and making sure everyone feels taken care of.
What you'll do:
- Welcome new clients and walk them through getting set up
- Gather and organize the information and paperwork needed to open their accounts
- Coordinate documents and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep clients and referral partners updated along the way
What we're looking for:
- Warm, personable, and great on the phone
- Organized, with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and comfortable managing many cases at once
- Comfortable learning new software
- Experience in Medicaid, home care, or office administration is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
