JOB TASKS:
Implements delegated assessments, and provides verbal and written reports of observations and patient capacities to the OT.
Performs re-assessment and discharge planning under supervision of an OT if OT reviews and interprets the information provided by the OTA and integrates that information into the decision-making process. Follows documented OT treatment plan for patients
EDUCATION
OTA Associate Degree from accredited OTA program required.
Current licensure in state employed
