AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Speak with English and Spanish-speaking customers about AT&T wireless products, mobile plans, and other services.
- Meet with customers face-to-face to explain products and answer questions.
- Recommend the best AT&T products and services based on each customer's needs.
- Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and pricing.
- Work closely with your AT&T Sales Representative team to share ideas and help drive success.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Provide a great customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous AT&T or wireless sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Motivated to reach sales goals and earn performance-based incentives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage your time well.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
