We're looking for an Experienced Exterior Crew Leader who can lead projects with confidence while maintaining the quality standards that have built our reputation.
What You'll Do
- Lead exterior residential painting projects from start to finish
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite
- Train and guide team members while holding quality standards high
- Ensure proper preparation, application, and finishing techniques
- Follow company systems and SOPs to deliver consistent results
- Identify and solve jobsite challenges before they become problems
- Represent Splash Painting with professionalism, integrity, and pride
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional exterior painting experience
- Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred
- Sprayer experience
- Strong knowledge of exterior prep, repairs, caulking, scraping, priming, and painting techniques
- Comfortable working on ladders and around heights
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, respectful, and professional
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Someone who wants long-term growth and advancement opportunities
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Light carpentry or wood repair experience
- Cabinet refinishing experience (we can train the right candidate)
Pay & Benefits
- $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
