What You'll Do:
- Set up, operate, and tear down paper winding and wrapping machines
- Troubleshoot process issues and keep production running smoothly
- Load/unload machines, pack products, and maintain a clean workspace
- Monitor quality and efficiency standards
- Follow work orders, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Support continuous improvement efforts and team operations
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Factory experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to read instructions and follow procedures
- Strong organization and time management
What You Get:
- Starting Pay: $21.53/hour
- 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
