Cal Spas is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to support the Marketing Department. This position will be responsible for coordinating, creating, scheduling, and posting social media content that promotes Cal Spas products, company announcements, dealer programs, events, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have social media experience, basic graphic design skills, knowledge of Canva, and the ability to create short video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule social media posts across company platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Assist with creating a social media content calendar for product promotions, company events, dealer programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create basic graphics, captions, short-form videos, promotional posts, and digital marketing materials.
- Use Canva and other graphic design tools to prepare professional and brand-consistent social media content.
- Record, edit, and assist with posting short videos, reels, stories, and product highlight clips.
- Work with Marketing management to ensure all posts and videos are accurate, professional, and approved before posting.
- Monitor social media activity, comments, messages, engagement, and trends.
- Assist with proofreading captions, posts, graphics, and marketing materials for accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized digital files of photos, videos, graphics, logos, social media assets, and completed marketing projects.
- Support the Marketing Department with additional creative, administrative, and promotional projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience coordinating or supporting business social media accounts.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, reels, stories, and short-form video content.
- Proficiency with Canva is required.
- Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs is preferred.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and visually appealing graphics and short videos.
- Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
