Sizzle Korean BBQ is hiring Kitchen Staff and Line Cooks for all three of our Arizona locations.
Locations Hiring:
- Sizzle Korean BBQ – Phoenix / Desert Ridge
- Sizzle Korean BBQ – Arrowhead
- Sizzle Korean BBQ – Scottsdale
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented people to join our kitchen team.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and assigned kitchen station, responsibilities may include:
- Food preparation and line cooking
- Meat preparation, cutting, and portioning
- Preparing vegetables, sauces, side dishes, and other ingredients
- Following Sizzle recipes, portions, and presentation standards
- Setting up and stocking kitchen stations
- Maintaining food quality and consistency
- Proper food storage, labeling, and rotation
- Keeping kitchen stations clean and organized
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Kitchen cleaning and closing duties
- Supporting other kitchen team members during busy service
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant
- Able to follow instructions and established recipes
- Willing to learn multiple kitchen stations
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Korean, Asian, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus
- Comfortable working around grills, hot equipment, and a busy kitchen
- Able to stand for extended periods during a shift
Schedule & Availability
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is strongly preferred.

Compensation
Starting at $15.50 per hour
