Tamosan is looking for a reliable, upbeat, and detail-oriented Barista & Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating high-quality food and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
This position combines kitchen and barista shifts, supporting both behind-the-scenes food preparation and front-of-house coffee service. You’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our café welcoming, clean, and efficient.
Kitchen Responsibilities
- Preparing house-made syrups
- Assembling, baking and preparing food items
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Following food safety and cleanliness standards
Kitchen shift hours: 6:30am – 2:00pm
Barista Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
- Preparing espresso and matcha based beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar, lobby, and workstations
- Washing dishes and assisting with general café upkeep
- Working efficiently during busy service times
Barista shift hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm (varies by shift)
Schedule & Availability
- Must have weekend availability
- Must have morning availability
- Shifts may include a mix of kitchen and barista duties
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen or barista experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
