Positions Available
Lawn & Plant Health Applicator
(DATCP 3.0 Certification Preferred)
This role focuses on maintaining the overall health and appearance of client properties. Unlike large production spray companies, this position offers variety and involvement in overall property care rather than daily route spraying.
Responsibilities may include:
- Turf and landscape applications in compliance with Wisconsin regulations
- Weed management in landscape beds and hardscape areas
- Monitoring lawn, tree, and shrub health
- Identifying plant issues and recommending solutions
- Communicating property care recommendations with clients
Additional certifications (including 5.0) are highly regarded. Candidates interested in obtaining certification are encouraged to apply.
Landscape Construction Team Member
- Hardscape installation (patios, retaining walls, grading)
- Equipment operation
- Material staging and jobsite organization
Lawn Maintenance Technician
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and property care
- Seasonal cleanup and general landscape maintenance
General Landscape Labor
Assist with:
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulch installation
- Property maintenance
- Construction support
- Snow operations during winter months
Qualifications & Skills
Ideal candidates will have some of the following:
- Valid driver’s license (required for most positions)
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, skid loaders, trucks, and trailers
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or jobsite challenges
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of plants, pruning, or landscape maintenance is a plus
DATCP pesticide certification (3.0) and CDL licenses are beneficial but not required for all positions.

Because landscaping is seasonal and weather-dependent, our team works together to handle whatever the day requires. While employees may have primary roles, everyone helps where needed — assisting other crews, supporting maintenance work, helping with installations, or participating in snow removal during winter months.
