What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values professionalism and continuous growth.
Lead Teacher Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred (or CDA where applicable).
- Previous classroom teaching experience.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.
Assistant Teacher Qualifications
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- A genuine love for working with children.
