**Duties**
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities for children, including arts, music, and literacy.
- Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Provide individualized care and attention to children with varying needs and abilities.
- Manage classroom behavior and address any behavioral issues in a fair and constructive manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Administer first aid and provide emergency care as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of child development and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's daily activities and progress.
- Ability to manage a classroom of children with varying needs and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with special education or working with children with special needs is a plus.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is essential.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A passion for teaching and working with young children.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
