Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, in Richmond Virginia, is seeking a full time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. Our Lady of Lourdes School creates disciples of Christ through rigorous curriculum and instruction using 21st century learning techniques. The ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with children in the early pre-elementary years (ages 4-5) through 1st grade.
Using the diocesan curriculum, the instructional assistant will work with the teacher to support the academic and social growth in students.
