Venture Health LLC is actively seeking a reliable and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in-home client assessments and supervisory visits in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible PRN opportunity designed for nurses seeking supplemental income without a fixed schedule.
Position Type:
PRN / Independent Contractor
Per Case Compensation (No guaranteed hours)
Expected Hours: 5–15 hours per week (varies based on case assignments)
Compensation:
- $125 per completed initial assessment (DMAS-97 + full evaluation)
- $85 per supervisory/reassessment visit
- $55 per care plan review/update
Equivalent hourly rate: approximately $50–$70/hour based on per-case structure.
Travel allowance is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Complete in-home initial assessments
- Perform DMAS-97 evaluations for Medicaid clients
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Conduct required supervisory visits
- Submit accurate documentation within 24 hours
- Maintain professional communication within company's EHR and administration team
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Virginia RN license (Required)
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Must Have Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening (State requirement)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Home health or Medicaid experience preferred

We are building a primary RN relationship for Fairfax coverage and an additional PRN pool for overflow and surrounding county coverage.
