We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on professional to manage daily company-store operations while supporting production, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and works effectively across multiple departments.
Position Overview
The Online Store & Production Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily workflow of assigned company-store programs. This includes processing orders, purchasing apparel, coordinating decoration, tracking inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring all orders are completed and shipped accurately and on time.
The position works closely with production department leads, vendors, customer service, and shipping personnel. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on production and fulfillment work.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOnline Store Management
- Review and process incoming company-store orders.
- Separate stocked-product orders from on-demand apparel orders.
- Purchase apparel and other required products from approved vendors.
- Track incoming merchandise and follow up on backorders, shortages, and missing items.
- Maintain accurate order statuses, production details, and fulfillment records.
- Coordinate embroidery, heat-press, and other decoration requirements with department leads.
- Monitor orders to ensure established turnaround times are met.
- Prepare completed orders for internal distribution or individual shipment.
- Create shipping labels and update orders with accurate tracking information.
- Respond to internal questions regarding order status, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Support the administration of additional company-store and fulfillment programs as assigned.
On-Demand Apparel and Production Coordination
- Prepare and organize garments for embroidery, heat press, and other decoration departments.
- Operate a heat press to apply transfers, names, numbers, logos, and patches.
- Inspect decorated apparel for accuracy, placement, and overall quality.
- Sort completed orders by individual, department, location, or shipping destination.
- Fold, bag, label, pack, and prepare finished products for delivery.
- Coordinate the resolution of incomplete orders, product shortages, decoration issues, and shipping discrepancies.
- Provide operational support to production departments based on scheduling and business needs.
Inventory, Shipping, and Fulfillment
- Receive, count, verify, and organize incoming apparel and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for stocked company-store merchandise.
- Identify low-stock products and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Pick and pack company-store and customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other delivery methods.
- Maintain an organized, clearly labeled, and efficient fulfillment area.
- Assist with warehouse organization, event preparation, and special operational projects.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of taking ownership of an important client program.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding apparel sizes, quantities, addresses, and order specifications.
- Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, online ordering platforms, and shipping software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems, follow up consistently, and complete tasks without continuous supervision.
- Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on operational responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Adaptable and willing to support changing production and fulfillment priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, company stores, apparel decoration, warehouse operations, shipping, or inventory management.
- Experience operating a heat press or working with decorated apparel.
- Familiarity with ShopVOX, InkSoft, OrderMyGear, ShipStation, or comparable platforms.
- Previous experience in a screen-printing, embroidery, promotional-products, or production environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
Experience in every area is not required. LogoBoss is willing to train a motivated candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, dependability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the production facility for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to approximately 40–50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as folding, packing, sorting, and heat pressing.
- Comfortable working in an active production and warehouse environment.
Compensation
This is a full-time, hourly position paying $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, technical skills, and ability to independently manage assigned company-store programs.
