Transportation Driver
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Transport patients to and from medical appointments, therapies, and social activities in a safe and timely manner
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Ensure patient safety and well-being during transportation, providing emotional support as needed
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including mileage logs, passenger manifests, and incident reports
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient transportation and ensure seamless clinical services
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL with a commercial driver's license (Class A or C) preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; previous experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
CPR certified
